Pakistan’s Lyari Residents Demand Share In Dhurandhar 2 Success

Pakistanis Ask For Share In Dhurandhar 2 Earnings, Viral Video Sparks Debate Online

The global success of Dhurandhar 2 has taken an unexpected turn after a viral video from Pakistan began circulating online, where locals from Karachi’s Lyari area humorously demanded a share in the film’s massive earnings.

The video, originally shared by a YouTube channel called “Comparison TV”, shows residents reacting to the film’s success and suggesting that a portion of the revenue should be used to improve infrastructure in their locality.

While the reactions appear lighthearted, the clip quickly gained traction on social media, adding another layer to the already buzzing conversation around the film.

“Give ₹500 Crore To Lyari” Demand Goes Viral

In the viral video, several locals jokingly proposed that if the film has earned thousands of crores globally, then a substantial portion should be allocated to Lyari for development.

Some individuals suggested:

• - ₹500 crore for infrastructure

• - A percentage of overall earnings

• - Funds for roads and public facilities

The remarks were made in a humorous tone, but the clip resonated widely online, with many viewers finding the reactions both surprising and entertaining.

Interestingly, this comes despite the fact that Dhurandhar films were not released in Pakistan, reportedly due to political sensitivities and perceived anti Pakistan themes.

Yet, the film has still managed to generate conversations across borders.

Cross Border Curiosity Around The Film

Despite the ban, the success of Dhurandhar 2 has sparked curiosity globally. Clips, reactions, and discussions around the film have surfaced across social platforms, showing how major Bollywood releases continue to attract international attention even without official theatrical releases.

This is not the first time a blockbuster has generated cross border reactions, but the Lyari video stands out because of its unique and humorous angle.

Dhurandhar 2 Continues Strong Box Office Run

Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar 2 has been performing strongly worldwide.

The film has:

• - Crossed major box office milestones

• - Generated strong word of mouth

• - Attracted large theatrical audiences

The success has also helped the film climb into the list of top earning Indian films, surpassing major titles like KGF Chapter 2 and Jawan in global earnings.

When Cinema Crosses Borders

The viral Lyari reaction once again highlights how cinema often transcends geographical and political boundaries. Even without an official release, the buzz surrounding Dhurandhar 2 has reached audiences beyond India.

Social media reactions, fan edits, and viral clips continue to amplify the film’s reach, making it one of the most talked about releases of the year.

While the demand for a share in the film’s earnings was clearly made in jest, the viral moment reflects the scale of Dhurandhar 2’s popularity.

From box office milestones to cross border conversations, the film continues to generate headlines in unexpected ways.

And if the buzz continues, Dhurandhar 2 may not just be remembered for its box office success but also for the unusual and entertaining reactions it sparked around the world.
